Program Director - Felicia Conn Payton
Felicia Conn-Payton is the owner and Director of the daycare, responsible for strategic planning, management and daily operations of the school. She has a BBA from the University of Georgia and MS in Public Affairs' from the University of Massachusetts-Boston
Our History
Little Scholars Academy is a non-profit, private early learning center founded in 2000. Our dedicated educators provide an education-focused program for children in the 12-month to 5-year age range. We strive to give every child the best educational experience possible.
Our Mission
We aim to create a model community for all children, alongside their families. We hope to mold them to grow into themselves and enjoy themselves. We want our community to be a safe and nurturing environment for all children, where they can learn and grow. We believe that by working together, we can create a better future for all children.
Our Goals
The goals of Little Scholars Academy are to:

To provide a safe, supportive and enriching community and learning environment for all children.

To help children develop strong social and emotional skills, build self-confidence and foster positive relationships with peers and adults.

To promote the development of cognitive, language, physical and creative skills.

To encourage children to become independent learners by providing experiential, hands-on learning activities.
